What Is Scabees?

Scabees is a skin condition which is caused by the scabees mite called Sarcoptes Scabiei. Scabees mites are contagious for humans meaning that you are able to spread scabees to others once you're infected with the scabees mite.

Until you decide to treat scabees you are infested with them and are able to spread the scabees mites to others.

The incubation period from the time you've become infected with scabees until the scabees symptoms break out is several weeks.

Human scabees mites are able to survive about 5 days without a host. They are a form of parasite that can burrow under the skin which triggers irritations that can sometimes be seen in form of the typical scabees rash.

Female scabees mites are able to lay eggs under the skin and also leave feces there. They feed on human blood but are so tiny that they cannot be seen with the eyes.
